About Kylie

Kylie Faith is an abstract artist living and working in Hamilton, Ontario.

In her art practice, Kylie explores the ways through which an intangible memory can become a visually tangible feeling. She aims to take memories of special places or objects and translate them into a visual experience on canvas.

Her art practice is heavily influenced by surrounding creation, as she examines the colours and textural patterns of earthly landscapes. A central feature seen throughout her work is the graceful fluidity of the various layers of paint working together to become one cohesive function.

Kylie believes that art is capable of bringing visual balance, comfort and a sense of warmth to a space.
